PCAC Lecture Series with Inna Sicard & Michelle Mangroo 

Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:30am join us for a short lecture series where our licensed massage therapist Inna Sicard of over 20+ year with experience breaks down the fundamentals of what massage therapy can do for YOU. Then stay tuned for Michelle Mangroo our Ayurvedic Practitioner who will go into detail about what exactly is ayurveda and what sort of therapies would be best for YOU.

 

NEW CLASS STARTING 5/6/25 - POSTURE PILATES WITH THERERSA BORGREN

We're very excited to welcome Theresa Borgren to our ranks as our newest group fitness instructor! We'll be starting things off with a Posture Pilates class on Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 11am.
